Information you choose to share
When you submit the contact form, the website securely transmits the information you enter to IronSight through its email provider. The website does not save the submission in a database. IronSight uses the information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and communicate about potential or active services.
Routine website data
Like most hosted websites, the web server or hosting provider may record standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error details. This information is generally used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Cookies and analytics
The contact form uses an essential security cookie to verify that submissions came from this website. The site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies in its current version. Essential infrastructure used by the hosting provider may operate under that provider’s own terms.
Sharing and retention
IronSight does not sell personal information submitted through business inquiries. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business, respond to a request, comply with law, or protect legitimate rights and security. Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You may ask a question about information submitted to IronSight, request a correction, or ask that information be deleted when no legal or operational obligation requires its retention.
